How to place your retail order:
If you are purchasing a
digital download, you will be prompted to download and save your file at the
end of the shopping cart process. Or, if wish to delay your download, you
will receive an email with a link to the download file that is active FOR
ONLY 24 HOURS. We recommend that you save the licensed digital file to a
convenient location on your computer for later retrieval and the making of
photocopy reprints per the license included with the file.

How to order through
one of our
have a select list of Music Dealers who may place orders on behalf of
their customers for custom print orders of choral titles only. Dealers
may not place orders for digital downloads as these are licensed to the
end-user only. If you are a retail customer affiliated with an
institution that requires the use of purchase orders and invoicing, or
if you are a customer placing an order from overseas, we recommend that
you place your custom print orders for choral titles through one of our
music dealers listed here. The USA dealers can supply U.S. customers and
can reship to international customers. The Canadian dealers have U.S.
receiving addresses and customs brokers for Canadian customers.
How to order if you ARE
one of our music
We have a select list of Sheet Music Dealers who have current accounts with us and we are not accepting new dealer accounts unless you plan to order a sizeable quantity of custom printed choral scores in your first order with us. If, however, you ARE among those on our list at left, here is a reminder to you on how to place your custom print order (minimum 40 scores) and receive your dealer discount.
All orders must be placed online with a major credit card
or through you Paypal account.
Licensed Digital Downloads:
DEALERS MAY NOT ORDER LICENSED DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.
Custom Print Orders: YES! THIS PART IS FOR YOU! The second format for choral scores (only) is the option for custom print orders with a minimum of 40 scores required to process a print order. We’ve been calling this print-on-demand but it really is better described as a custom print order. OUR DEALERS ARE WELCOME TO PLACE ORDERS FOR CUSTOM PRINTED SCORES AS LONG AS YOU ORDER AT LEAST 40 SCORES OF A TITLE. These orders take two weeks and ship right from our printer in Massachusetts via UPS Ground to addresses in the U.S. only. If you wish to have a custom print order Drop-Shipped at no additional charge directly to your customer from our printer, please include that information in your online order. There is no expediting of these orders; they just take as long as they take because the order is processed and placed with our printer when you place the order with us.
Shipping addresses: Custom print orders ship to U.S. addresses ONLY. We must have a street address for delivery; no P.O. Boxes. Our printer cannot ship to Canada as they are not equipped to ship international orders. So, if you are a Canadian dealer, you must have your order shipped to a receiver address on the U.S. side of the border and you can take it from there. We are listing our dealers on our website, so retail customers in Canada will (hopefully) use one of our Canadian dealers for their orders of printed music. Occasionally, we receive requests from retail customers to ship overseas and some of you have indicated a willingness to re-ship on behalf of these customers if they place their order through you, so we're sending international customers your way and ask that you quote your retail prices and forwarding costs directly to them.
Dealer Discounts: On custom print orders, your dealer discount coupon will work online when you make your purchase and you will apply the Coupon Code during the check-out process. The dealer discount percentage on your account will depend on your level of purchases during the last three years. Periodically, we review your orders of the preceding 3 years and adjust your dealer discount % up or down depending on your overall level of purchasing. If you have a very large order coming up, please contact us and we’ll see if we can adjust your % upward to take into consideration the volume of the new order. We regret that we cannot offer the usual, larger trade discounts to our dealers but the print costs on our choral booklets already comprise a fixed amount of our retail prices and we do not receive volume discounts from our printer on these small custom orders.
PLEASE do not send us anything in the post mail. Our PO Box is for internal mail only.
